We have taken all appropriate measures to safeguard our facility from unwelcome attention:

  1. Our address and business information are hidden for security purposes.
  2. To be as discreet as possible we do not display any signage at the Facility.
  3. All visits are strictly by appointment only. You visit to store, not look around.
  4. CCTV is monitored by several methods.
  5. We have advanced interruption alarm systems that automatically contact the Police, should there be a disturbance or incoming power shortage.

Terms & Conditions.

  1. Minimum Storage is 3 months.
  2. Payment for Storage is paid monthly in advance.
  3. Payment initially by Bank transfer or Cash.
  4. Storage periods over 5 months to be paid by Standing Order.
  5. Tariffs for Vehicle Storage are subject to VAT.
  6. Vehicles will not be released from "Super Car Storage Yorkshire" until all outstanding payments have been cleared.
  7. Prices may be subject to change - if so 1 month’s notice will be given.
  8. We request 48Hr notice for a "Car swap" or Removal of the vehicle FREE of charge. Less than 48Hr notice, a charge of £30.00 may apply.
  9. "Super Car Storage Yorkshire" is a secure facility; therefore, access is by prior appointment only. If you arrive on-site without an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.
  10. Any person other than the owner authorized to collect the Vehicle from storage, must show proof of agreement to do so from the person who deposited the vehicle.
  11. Whilst in our custody and control all vehicles are Fully Comprehensively Insured against loss and damage. Any claim carries a £500 excess which is to be paid by the VEHICLE OWNER, "Super Car Storage Yorkshire" is not liable for the cost of any loss or damage whilst in our care.
  12. Any vehicle value above £100,000.00 may incur an additional small monthly premium to cover the Insurance addition.
  13. You may request to see a copy of the Insurance when checking in.
  14. "Super Car Storage Yorkshire" refers to an Individual site where Vehicles are stored. A Storage Agreement is provided to all clients upon signing up which has all the required Business information on, for peace of mind.
Third Party.
  1. We may use a third party to provide an additional service, such as transportation, detailing, or taking the car for MOT or Service. We will advise before conducting any business as such and provide a quote separate from the monthly storage fee.
  2. Any third-party service may be subject to VAT. We will advise before purchase.
  3. In using a third party "Super Car Storage Yorkshire" is not liable for loss or damage.
  4. Payment for any additional services will be invoiced separately.
  5. By placing a vehicle with "Super Car Storage Yorkshire" it is agreed you accept the terms and conditions above.
PRIVACY
  1. We never pass on any customer information to a third party, unless it's related to our service offering.
  2. Along with most web sites, our web site uses Cookies to record visitor statistics, this data helps us to administer and enhance the site and service. You can disable these cookies if you prefer.

Whilst in Storage:

  • All cars are regularly checked and inspected.
  • Each vehicle checked-in is photographed creating a record of condition.
  • Part of the check-in process includes cleaning the vehicle using high-quality equipment and trained staff.
  • The car is then allowed to dry fully before storage. Brakes are applied to remove flash rust from brake discs, and tyre pressures are checked and increased to reduce flat spotting.
  • Multiple vehicles? You can swap the space between each one you own or rent two or more bays.
  • You are more than welcome to come and use your vehicle for the day, weekend, week, or as long as you want!
  • All vehicles are re-cleaned free of charge when returning to the storage unit.

Included in the monthly storage fee.
