Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID sending as part of the application.
Please bring the car down in person along with documentation, and complete the storage agreement upon arrival.
Any special requirements or notes about a vehicle will be written down. Copy for us, copy for you.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to the site directly and we conduct an online check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary
The above documentation would need to be sent for Remote Check-in. We prefer to talk on the phone before confirming a booking. Please arrange a telephone appointment.
Complimentary Maintenance Plan:
We can leave the car completely untouched upon request - allowing you to come directly to the facility, and maintain it yourself when you do a 'car swap'.
We do regularly check the condition of cars whilst in storage even without any maintenance.
For maintenance:
- All cars are cleaned complimentary upon check-in, or return.
- Ensure the battery life is maintained by charging/preserving if not used.
- 60-day inspection of car inside and out.
- Provide a soft breathable dust cover.
- 60-day engine warm-up regulation warm-up of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components which are checked.
- 60-day car roll to help prevent flat spotting, increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.
- Can increase tire pressures helping to preserve these.
- Ensure brakes remain unstuck.

Whilst starting it up (every 60 days). When warming the engine we check to ensure there are no flat spots. We check to ensure the brakes remain unstuck by conducting a car roll.
- Upon request we can take the car for a gentle run on private land.
When returned into storage we provide car wipe-downs, and quick interior hoover-outs to remove any dirt or dust.

Gentle car run on private land (if requested) is INCLUDED in the price.
Pre-check (for car swop) ensuring the car starts, tires are inflated to the correct level, the windscreen is clean, wheels are free from dust. INCLUDED in the price.
Perfect for Investment long-term car storage where you are unable to attend the vehicle for a long period.
MOT & Servicing:
Able to complete MOT works, repairs and servicing off-site - at our preferred & trusted third-party supplier. Or, we can take it to a garage of your choice should you be unavailable.
Covered transportation or open trailers are available.
Transportation:
All types of vehicles are safely transported.
We provide a trusted third-party company that transports vehicles in a covered trailer, who are fully insured and experienced in moving all types of vehicles safely.
The good thing is, they do come recommended and know precisely where we are based.
- We collect at a time and place convenient to you.
- Benefit from a higher level of communication provided by the facility directly.
- Enclosed or open trailers are both covered by Comprehensive Insurance.
- For remote check-in we send over an inspection report for extra peace of mind.
Alternatively, please obtain your own quote for transportation.
Collection & Drop-Off Service:
We can provide a free local pick-up or drop-off subject to fair usage. We can also pick you up from home.
The nearest train station is Cattal on the Harrogate line. Convenient for York, Leeds and Harrogate stations also.
The closest airport is Leeds/Bradford Airport which is only a 50-minute drive by car. Clients can arrange to be chauffeured directly if going abroad for a while.
For frequent use, you may be asked to tip the driver £20-£30.
